Bambu Lab introduced the H2S on August 26, 2025, expanding the H2 family with a single-nozzle printer. Its announced 340 × 320 × 340mm build volume was the largest in the company’s lineup at launch, providing more room for large objects without the H2D’s dual-nozzle arrangement.[1]
The machine pairs a 350°C hotend with a chamber actively heated to 65°C. Its maximum advertised toolhead speed is 1,000mm/s, with acceleration up to 20,000mm/s². Those motion limits should not be read as guaranteed speeds throughout an entire print: geometry, material flow and cooling still determine actual job time.
Bambu Lab highlighted its PMSM servo extruder, 23 sensors and three onboard cameras. An optional Vision Encoder provides additional motion calibration, while automatic hole and contour compensation aims to reduce fitting adjustments. The Laser Full Combo configuration extends the platform to laser work, digital cutting and drawing, with a different equipment package from the standard printer.
The launch separated the purchase dates clearly. The $1,499 AMS Combo and $2,099 10W Laser Full Combo were announced as available immediately. The $1,249 base H2S was scheduled for October. The lower headline price therefore referred to a configuration arriving later, rather than the package available on August 26. The announcement establishes a distinct single-nozzle product within the H2 range, with optional tools selected according to the intended workflow.
