Bambu Lab previews the S1 3D scanner for November

Bambu Lab officially previewed the S1 on October 12, 2026. The company’s forum post identifies it as a 3D scanner and gives November as the planned arrival window.[1]

The brief announcement centres on starting a creative project with a scan of the real world. It includes a promotional image but provides no scanning workflow, accuracy figures, object-size limits, connection details or price. The teaser therefore establishes a named product and a month to watch, rather than a complete specification.[1]

For Bambu Lab’s hardware line, the S1 introduces an input device for capturing physical objects alongside machines that print or cut them. The official post does not specify a day in November or say when orders will open.[1]
