The May 27 soft launch is documented in Bambu Lab’s July 3 announcement of the cloud-free management tool.

Bambu Farm Manager soft-launched on May 27, 2025, according to Bambu Lab’s official announcement published on July 3. The software followed a beta program that began in July 2024 and offers a way to manage groups of printers entirely over a local network.[1]
The system has two components. A server runs in the background and handles communication with the printers, while a client provides the monitoring and control interface. Bambu Lab said print files and control commands stay on the local network, addressing organizations that want to manage production without sending those operations through a cloud service.
Announced functions include real-time monitoring, batch commands, job queues, file organization and staggered print starts to reduce simultaneous power demand. The company did not impose a fixed printer-count limit; practical capacity depends on the computer and network used for the installation.
The July announcement listed support for P1, A1 and X1C machines, with X1E support planned for the third quarter and H2D for the fourth. Those were plans at that date, rather than proof that every model was already supported at the May rollout.
Farm Manager was free for Windows 10 and newer. Bambu Lab said the existing functions would remain free, while possible advanced paid features were still being explored without a settled scope or price.
